Trade Agreements: The U.S.-Colombia, Panama and Korea Trade Promotion Agreements were signed into law on October 3, 2011, they have not yet been phased, although originally scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2012. What are the highlights of these new agreements, what does it mean for American business?

The U.S.-Korea Trade Agreement is viewed to have the largest impact of the three agreements on Southern California companies. When will it be implemented? What are the key provisions of the Agreement?
