Trade Agreements: The U.S.-Colombia, Panama and Korea Trade Promotion Agreements were signed into law on October 3, 2011, they have not yet been phased, although originally scheduled to go into effect on January 1, 2012. What are the highlights of these new agreements, what does it mean for American business?

Join the Roundtable Discussion of:

  • Will a Consolidated Federal Trade Agency enhance or hinder your Company's foreign expansion or development?
  • Should Congress seek input from the Trade community?
  • Would your Company participate in commenting on the proposed consolidation?
  • Technology Exports $228 billion per year from the U.S., would the elimination of the U.S. Trade and Development Agency affect the bottom line for exports?
  • Would a combination of the U.S. Trade Representative's office with Commerce's International Trade Administration, often regarded as polar opposites, create discord?
  • Would a consolidate affect anti-dumping and anti-subsidy efforts?
