WITOC has various committees, which could use your expertise and energy. It is also an opportunity to get to know other members in smaller group settings. Listed below is a brief explanation of each committee. We encourage you to contact the committee chairs for more information.

EVENT COORDINATION
Great way to meet our membership. Responsible for all coordination of the monthly meetings and special events before, during, and after the event. Examples are: room setup, badges, coordination with catering staff, time keeping of program.

FINANCE
Help manage WITOC's financial foundation. Monitor event budgets and financials. Assist with registration at monthly meetings and events.

MARKETING
Help shape WITOC's image. Contact the press, write press releases, develop public relations and marketing of WITOC as a viable and vital trade organization.

MEMBERSHIP
What better way to meet more members, make more contacts. Solicit new members, work to retain current membership, provide hospitality at monthly meetings, offer activities to expand WITOC membership.

PROGRAMS
Opportunities to make frequent contact with high level executives and government officials. Secure monthly meeting and special event speakers, produce monthly program flyer, and post evaluation of the monthly programs.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Interact with high-level government officials. Plan and coordinate special events and seminars that will bring value to WITOC members. Great opportunity to interact with corporate executives and local government officials.

SCHOLARSHIP
Make a difference in the lives of local students. Organize fund-raising efforts to raise money for the scholarship fund. Coordinate, select, and allocate annual scholarship awards.
