Who We Are
Our Mission
WITOC is an affiliate chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), with 37 member chapters in over 30 cities worldwide. WITOC is a California non-profit organization founded in 1985 as Women in World Trade. We are proud to have earned the reputation as the premier trade organization in Orange County, and take great pride in the value that we provide to our members and to the trade community at large.
We at WITOC believe that quality programs, solid contacts and cutting edge information is the basis of our continued success. For 20 years we have served the Southern California trade community as an educational resource providing our members and their guests with a variety of opportunities to learn about current international trade issues and to make valuable contacts with other professionals involved in the field of international trade. Simply stated, we serve as an added resource to enhance your business skills through workshops, seminars and user groups, and provide leadership development opportunities through active participation and mentoring.
WITOC members are professional men and women whose careers encompass all aspects of international trade including import, export, manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, law, customs brokerage, logistics, transportation, government and consulting.
